We are looking for a talented and passionate Rust Developer to join our dynamic technical team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in high-performance software development, with particular expertise in the Rust programming language. You will work on exciting and innovative projects, ranging from designing high-performance tools to building distributed applications, while ensuring security, reliability, and scalability of the systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Rust in high-performance environments.
  • Collaborate with team members (software engineers, architects, and PMs) to define technical specifications and ensure code quality.
  • Write unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure the robustness of the product.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure the quality of the code shared with other team members.
  • Optimize application performance by identifying and solving bottlenecks.
  • Analyze technical requirements and propose innovative solutions adapted to the company’s needs.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for code and development processes.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Rust with solid experience in building high-performance applications.
  • Good knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, and modern tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience in memory management and systems programming (thread management, resource handling, etc.).
  • Familiarity with agile development practices and associated tools (Git, CI/CD, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in technical English.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with Rust web frameworks (e.g., Actix, Rocket).
  • Knowledge of security and cryptography principles in distributed systems.
  • Experience with other programming languages such as C, Go, Python, or JavaScript.
