Job Overview Join our nursing team as an RN/LPN, providing attentive, safe care across patient settings. You'll assess needs, administer medications and treatments within your scope of practice, and document care accurately. The role may involve acute, inpatient, outpatient, clinic, post-acute, sub-acute, or school-based care, depending on the position. Duties Assess patients, monitor vital signs, and communicate changes to the appropriate care team. Provide patient care, administer medications and injections, perform venipuncture and intravenous (IV) insertion when authorized, and respond to medical emergencies. Maintain accurate medical records using electronic medical record (EMR) and electronic health record (EHR) systems; protect patient confidentiality and follow Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) requirements. Collaborate with clinical colleagues and, in school settings, communicate with parents or guardians as appropriate. Skills Required: Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure through the State Board of Nursing; knowledge of State Nursing Practice Acts, health regulations, and nursing policies. Required: Patient assessment, medication administration, medical documentation, medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, patient confidentiality, and EMR/EHR systems. Required: Basic life support (BLS), cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), first aid, automated external defibrillator (AED) operation, and manual handling skills, as applicable to the role. Preferred: Experience in medical-surgical, emergency room, emergency or hospital medicine, urgent care, pediatrics, geriatrics, infectious disease, or acute care; Level I or II trauma center, pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), operating room (OR), inpatient, outpatient, clinic, post-acute, sub-acute, or school clinic experience.
