KOL Specialist

Job Description:

• Identify and research potential influencers on Instagram and TikTok (beauty industry)
• Support KOL recruitment and ensure smooth execution of ongoing campaigns
• Handle administrative tasks related to KOL campaigns
• Manage and maintain agreements with KOLs
• Build and maintain strong communication and relationships with influencers
• Monitor and improve program quality to ensure KOLs meet activity targets
• Track, analyze, evaluate, and report on KOL performance

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a KOL Specialist or KOL Intern, preferably in a beauty company
• Strong interest and understanding of the beauty industry and trends
• Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Tangerang
