Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day HR operations covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner with management and department heads on workforce planning, organisational development, and talent management.
  • Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace policies, performance issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Oversee payroll, leave administration, benefits, insurance, and employee records, working with external providers where required.
  • Ensure HR policies and employment practices comply with the Singapore Employment Act, CPF requirements, workplace regulations, and applicable fair employment guidelines.
  • Develop and coordinate employee engagement, training, learning and development, and performance management initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and personnel documentation while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Monitor HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, recruitment performance, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
  • Support annual budgeting and workforce cost planning.
  • Advise management on HR matters and provide recommendations to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support internal and external HR audits, statutory requirements, and other HR projects as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 - 5 years of relevant HR experience, including experience managing or supervising HR functions.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Able to handle confidential and sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proactive, approachable, and commercially minded, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management at all levels.
