INFORMATION ENGINEER

The AI Automation Specialist / IT Support is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support to employees and ensuring that computers, internet connectivity, software, and internal systems operate efficiently to support business operations. This role also requires basic to intermediate proficiency in AI tools and automation, assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and support of AI-driven solutions to improve workflow efficiency and productivity. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational continuity, enhancing employee productivity, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications/Requirements: Basic to intermediate knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software. Familiarity with Google Workspace and cloud-based productivity tools. Knowledge of networking and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of or willingness to learn AI tools and automation platforms. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, responsible, and professional with good work ethics. Willing to provide on-site IT support. Willing to work Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed. Willing to work in Rosario, Pasig City. Can start immediately.
