Operations Manager

A growing Cardiff hospitality group is looking for a Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day delivery across its outlets and support the managers running them. The role sets the standard for service, quality and compliance across the group.

It would suit an operations professional who enjoys spotting what is not working and fixing it at source.

Location: Cardiff

Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per year

The Role

• Overseeing day-to-day operations across hospitality outlets.
• Leading and supporting managers and their teams.

• Setting standards for service, quality and compliance.
• Managing budgets, rotas and performance reporting.

• Identifying ways to grow revenue and improve guest experience.
