5-7 years of proven experience in civil engineering tendering and cost estimation. Expertise in Engineering, Tendering, and Cost Estimation is essential. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Quantity Surveying methodologies. Strong background in Contract Management and Value Engineering . Excellent Technical Writing skills to craft compelling proposals. Ability to conduct thorough Risk Assessment for complex construction projects. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Based in or willing to work On-site in Cairo, Egypt .
