HR ASSOCIATE - ENGAGEMENT

Plan and implement employee engagement programs that promote company culture, values, and employee satisfaction.

Prepare annual engagement and company event proposals for management approval.

Coordinate and oversee employee engagement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and approved budgets.

Facilitate and host company events as needed.

Conduct employee onboarding programs for new hires.

Organize event and onboarding logistics, including venue, materials, and coordination requirements.

Document company events and engagement activities, and maintain records.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.

• With at least 1 year of experience in HR - Engagement.
