Equipment Maintenance Engineer (วิศวกรซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักร)

1.ดูแล ตรวจสอบ บำรุงรักษา และซ่อมแซมเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในกระบวนการผลิตงานเชื่อม เพื่อให้เครื่องจักรสามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ Perform inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment used in welding production processes to ensure efficient operation.

2.วิเคราะห์และแก้ไขปัญหาเครื่องจักรขัดข้อง ทั้งระบบเครื่องกล ไฟฟ้า และระบบควบคุมอัตโนมัติ เพื่อลดการหยุดชะงักของสายการผลิต Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation control system failures to minimize production downtime.

3.จัดทำและดำเนินการตามแผนบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance: PM) และการบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure machine reliability.

4.ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ PLC, Sensor, Servo Motor และอุปกรณ์ควบคุมเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติ Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot PLC systems, sensors, servo motors, and industrial automation equipment.

5.ดูแลและสนับสนุนการซ่อมบำรุงหุ่นยนต์อุตสาหกรรมและระบบเชื่อมอัตโนมัติ (Industrial Robots & Automated Welding Systems) Maintain and troubleshoot industrial robots and automated welding systems used in production lines.

6.สนับสนุนการติดตั้ง ทดสอบ และเริ่มใช้งานเครื่องจักรใหม่ รวมถึงเรียนรู้ระบบและคุณสมบัติของเครื่องจักรก่อนเริ่มการผลิตจริง Support equipment installation, testing, and commissioning, and become familiar with machine functions and performance before production starts.

7.วิเคราะห์สาเหตุของปัญหาเครื่องจักร (Root Cause Analysis) พร้อมเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาเกิดซ้ำ Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

8.จัดทำรายงานการบำรุงรักษา ประวัติการซ่อมเครื่องจักร และติดตามประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ Prepare maintenance reports, equipment repair records, and monitor machine performance.

9.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต ฝ่ายวิศวกรรม และผู้จำหน่ายเครื่องจักร เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่องและปลอดภัย Coordinate with production, engineering teams, and equipment suppliers to ensure safe and continuous operations.

Qualifications:

1. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล วิศวกรรมเมคคาทรอนิกส์ ระบบอัตโนมัติ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม 2–5 ปี หากมีประสบการณ์ในอุตสาหกรรมยานยนต์จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ 2–5 years of experience in industrial equipment maintenance. Experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage.
3. มีความรู้ด้านระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล ระบบนิวเมติกส์ ไฮดรอลิกส์ และระบบควบคุมอัตโนมัติ Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and industrial automation systems.
4. สามารถตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาระบบ PLC และอุปกรณ์ควบคุมเครื่องจักรได้ Ability to troubleshoot PLC systems and industrial machine control equipment.
5. หากมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับหุ่นยนต์อุตสาหกรรม เช่น KUKA, ABB, FANUC หรือ Yaskawa จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Experience with industrial robots such as KUKA, ABB, FANUC, or Yaskawa is an advantage.
6. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับ Preventive Maintenance, Machine Troubleshooting และ Root Cause Analysis Knowledge of preventive maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
7. สามารถอ่านแบบไฟฟ้า (Electrical Drawing) และแบบเครื่องกล (Mechanical Drawing) ได้ Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
8. มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหา การวิเคราะห์ และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
9. หากสามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือภาษาจีนได้จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ Ability to communicate in English or Chinese is an advantage.
