Your tasks

The CareSource Intern is responsible for providing support on special projects, initiatives, and specific activities which will vary by assignment. We offer a 12-week, paid summer internship program for college students who want to separate themselves from the pack. This is an exciting opportunity to obtain real-world experience and prepare yourself for your career after college. The program offers:

• Analyze business processes, data, and technology solutions to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement within a healthcare IT environment.
• Gather, research, and document business requirements, workflows, and process maps to support operational and technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that provide actionable insights for stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Leverage analytical tools, AI technologies, and a foundational understanding of IT infrastructure to support process improvement and business objectives.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good written and verbal communication skills
