Electronics Testing &Validation Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional testing and validation of electronic & embedded products.
- Test PCBs, microcontrollers, sensors, displays, interfaces, and power supplies.
- Troubleshoot faults at PCB, wiring, subsystem, and product levels.
- Diagnose and distinguish between hardware, firmware, assembly, and wiring issues.
- Coordinate daily testing and troubleshooting activities with Electronics Technicians.
- Act as the production-side technical interface with the ARD Electronics Team.
- Verify firmware loading and embedded-system functionality.
Analyze recurring failures and support Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions.
- Maintain testing records, failure reports, and product traceability.
- Support improvement of test fixtures, testing methods, and production processes.
What We ’re Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electronics & Communication,
Electrical/Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of practical experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, embedded systems, manufacturing, or product validation.
- Strong knowledge of Analog & Digital Electronics.
- Strong PCB and electronic circuit troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, wiring diagrams, and datasheets.
- Practical experience with Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Power Supplies & Signal Generators.
- Basic understanding of Embedded Systems & Firmware Debugging.
- Experience with soldering, PCB rework, inspection, and ESD practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation skills
