Production Planning Engineer

Prepare and maintain material requirements plan based on demand and production requirements.

Monitor material availability and ensure alignment between supply, production plans, and inventory targets.

Coordinate with the Logistics team to ensure materials and finished products are delivered according to the required schedule.

Follow up on open orders, delivery schedules, shortages, and potential supply delays.

Maintain planning parameters and relevant SAP master data to support accurate MRP results.

Identify supply constraints and communicate risks to the relevant stakeholders.

Support inventory optimization while ensuring uninterrupted production.

Prepare and maintain planning reports and KPIs related to supply, inventory, and delivery performance.

2–5 years of relevant experience in Demand & Supply Planning / Supply Chain Planning.

SAP experience is mandatory, particularly in planning and MRP-related activities.

Strong understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and inventory planning.

Experience in demand and supply planning and maintaining appropriate stock levels.

Ability to prepare and manage material requirements and production plans.

Experience coordinating with Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery and material availability.

Strong follow-up skills to monitor purchase orders, material availability, deliveries, and supply constraints.

Ability to identify potential supply risks and take corrective actions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and coordination skills with Procurement, Production, Logistics, Warehouse, and Commercial teams.
