Join our international Transport Management Team We are looking for a structured and motivated Student Assistant to join our Transport Management team, where you will support international vehicle transportation and contribute to efficient transport processes across Europe. In this role, you will join our Transport Management function at our headquarters in Odense, working closely with both our international subsidiaries and external transport partners. Transport Management in practice As our new Student Assistant, you will become part of the Transport Management team and gain insight into how international vehicle transportation is planned, coordinated, and monitored. You will support the day-to-day follow-up on transports and processes while developing your skills within logistics, coordination, and process management in an international environment. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting with the planning and monitoring of vehicle transportation across Europe

Following up on transport times, processes, and ongoing transports

Identifying and helping resolve challenges related to transportation

Working with our internal process management tool

Supporting the Transport Management team with various administrative and coordinating tasks

Providing additional support during peak periods, holidays, or periods of absence

What success looks like in your role International vehicle transports are followed up on efficiently and systematically

Transport times and processes are continuously monitored and followed up on

You quickly become a reliable support for the Transport Management team

Tasks are handled accurately, systematically, and on time

You become confident using our internal systems and process management tools

You contribute to effective collaboration with colleagues, subsidiaries, and external transport companies

What you bring to the table You are currently studying a relevant bachelor’s or soon to begin your master’s degree

You have strong English skills and are comfortable communicating both verbally and in writing

You have strong IT skills and can quickly learn new systems and tools

You are structured, detail-oriented, and able to maintain an overview

You are able to work independently and take ownership of your tasks

You are curious and motivated to learn new things

You have an interest in logistics, transportation, and international processes

It’s a plus If you have Experience with administrative or coordinating tasks from a student job, volunteer work, or similar

An interest in transportation, logistics, or process management

Experience working with systems, data, or process management tools

Experience from an international organization or working across countries and cultures
