Quantity Surveying Engineer
Quantity Surveyor (QS) Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Review contract drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with the engineering and project teams.
Experience in joinery and fit-out projects is highly preferred.

Proficiency with Bills of Materials: Strong experience in generating and managing Bills of Materials.
Accurate Quantity Take Off: Expert-level skills in performing precise quantity take-offs for construction components.
Cost Control Acumen: Ability to implement and manage effective cost control strategies.
Contract Administration Skills: Experience in managing construction contracts and handling contractual variations.
