Job Summary
You will evaluate and identify projects for tender, prepare accurate quotations, and leverage your experience with fit-out, refurbishment, and A&A projects to maximize quotation success rates.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate potential projects to identify suitable tenders aligned with company capabilities
- Prepare and submit accurate quotations by analyzing project requirements and ensuring proper pricing strategies
- Utilize experience with fit-out, refurbishment, and A&A projects to enhance quotation quality and strike rate
- Log into and navigate the GeBIZ portal to source and manage tender opportunities efficiently
- Apply knowledge of builders’ processes and requirements to improve project evaluation and tender submission outcomes
