Experience integrating OpenText xECM with:

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

Strong hands-on experience with OpenText Business Workspaces configuration and customization.

Design and configure business workspaces for structured business processes (e.g., Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Customer/Finance Workspaces, etc.).

Experience in modeling workspace templates, folders, metadata, classifications, and lifecycle states.

Configure role-based access control, permissions, and security within business workspaces.

Experience with MS Outlook and Teams integrations.

Design and development of OpenText Workflows for business process automation.

Development and maintenance of WebReports for custom UI extensions and automation.

Development of LiveReports using SQL for operational, audit, and compliance reporting.

Experience with OpenText ECM installations/configurations, upgrades, and environment tuning.
