Workshop Manager
- Operational supervision of the workshop and support for the team
- Organization and monitoring of production with strict adherence to deadlines
- Quality control of finished parts
- Technical support for artisans as needed
- Continuous improvement of methods, workflows, and working conditions
- Internal coordination with operations-related teams
- Sharing of expertise and mentoring of new employees
- Proven experience in a workshop, artisanal production, or technical environment
- Strong proficiency in metalworking or a precision trade
- A structured, independent, and quality-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead a team
- Flexibility, a sense of priorities, and a sense of responsibility
- Excellent command of French; knowledge of Dutch or English is a plus
- Proficient with MS Office and internal tracking tools
