Your tasks

You will manage phone communications and schedule appointments efficiently to support therapists and ensure smooth client service.

• Answer incoming phone calls promptly to assist clients and gather appointment details
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for therapists to optimize daily workflow
• Use Excel to accurately record and update appointment schedules for tracking and reporting purposes
