Customer Service Officer - MNC Beverage / Maternity Cover

The Opportunity: Our Client, largest commercial MNC beverage company Seeking: Customer Service Officer Location: Tuas Ave, Singapore Salary: Up to $3500 basic Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:45pm Maternity Cover Completion bonus Job Responsibilities: Track and monitor customer order, inquiries and complaint Shipment and logistics coordination, update customers on shipment, monitor and follow up closely with factories and suppliers Customer follow up, track customers on prepayment status, forwarder details and other logistics and shipping matters Provision of administrative data (order number, container number, trucking data and handling sales orders Job Requirements: Diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales admin, order management and logistics coordination Experience with SAP, ERP and JDE systems is an advantage Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Effective in handling customer inquiries and coordinating across departments Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills Edmond Lee Direct Line: 8206 8857 EA License No: 91C2918 Personnel Registration Number: R23114813
