About the Role
The APAC President's Office sits at the center of strategic initiatives, executive communications, and leadership engagement across the region.
As a Strategy & Communications Intern, you will work closely with the APAC President's Office and senior leadership team, gaining first-hand exposure to regional business strategy, executive communications, leadership events, and market intelligence projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, strong in written communication and a proactive individual who enjoys a mix of communications, project coordination, business research, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Regional Communications & Employee Engagement
- Support the development and execution of internal communications across APAC
- Maintain and refresh regional communication channels and intranet sites
- Help create engaging content including leadership messages, newsletters, townhall materials, and regional updates
- Assist with communication planning and calendar management for key APAC initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve employee engagement and information sharing across countries
- Leadership Meetings, Townhalls & Events
- Support the planning and execution of regional leadership meetings, town halls, and strategy sessions
- Coordinate meeting logistics, materials, agendas, and presentations
- Attend leadership meetings and capture key discussions, decisions, and action items
- Prepare concise meeting summaries and follow-up communications
- Support regional events and leadership engagement activities
- Strategic Projects & Market Research
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis across APAC markets
- Gather insights on workforce trends, AI, digital transformation, and industry developments
- Support strategic projects led by the APAC President's Office
- Analyze information and prepare executive-ready summaries and presentations
- Assist in tracking key initiatives and follow-up actions across the region
Who We Are Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills
- Ability to synthesize information and create clear, concise summaries
- Familiarity with AI tools, digital communications, and collaboration platforms is an advantage
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to start as soon as possible and commit for a period of 6 months
