<p><strong>Are you an experienced roller operator with a passion for asphalt works?</strong></p><p>To strengthen our team, we are looking for an <strong>experienced roller operator</strong> for our asphalt works.</p><p><strong>What does your job involve?</strong></p><ul><li>You independently operate the <strong>road roller</strong> during asphalt works.</li><li>You ensure the correct and even <strong>compaction of the asphalt</strong> according to the required quality standards.</li><li>You take into account the temperature and composition of the asphalt and adapt your working method accordingly.</li><li>You work closely with machine operators, drivers and other colleagues in the asphalt crew.</li><li>You help monitor the quality of the road surface and ensure that the works are carried out accurately.</li><li>You work with modern machines, techniques and tools.</li><li>You carry out daily checks and help ensure the proper maintenance of the machine.</li><li>You depart daily from the depot in Oostende.</li></ul> <![CDATA[<p><strong>What do we expect from you?</strong></p><ul><li>You have <strong>experience as a road roller operator</strong>, preferably in asphalt or road construction.</li><li>You have a good understanding of <strong>asphalt compaction</strong> and understand the importance of using the correct rolling technique.</li><li>You have good <strong>technical insight</strong> and can work confidently with modern machinery.</li><li>You are flexible and have no problem working in <strong>different weather conditions</strong>.</li><li>You speak <strong>fluent Dutch or English</strong>.</li><li>You are able to <strong>get to our depot in Oostende independently every day</strong>.</li></ul><p> </p><p> </p>
