Your tasks

You will lead the overall management, business performance, and strategic development of our coffeeshop operations in Singapore, driving operational excellence and financial success.

• Develop and implement business strategies, operating budgets, and financial targets to drive growth and profitability
• Manage stall tenancy arrangements and coordinate effectively with food stall operators to ensure smooth operations
• Lead and supervise management staff, overseeing workforce planning to optimize team performance
• Monitor revenue streams, rental collections, operating expenses, and profitability to maintain financial health
• Oversee supplier contracts, purchasing processes, and inventory management to ensure cost efficiency and supply reliability
• Establish and enforce operational policies and service quality standards to enhance customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Food Agency (SFA), Ministry of Manpower (MOM), and workplace safety regulations to maintain legal and safety standards
• Manage business expansion plans and implement operational improvements to support sustainable growth
• Prepare and present business performance and financial reports to company directors for informed decision-making

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience managing multiple food stalls or F&B business units to handle complex operations effectively
• Relevant business or hospitality qualifications to support operational and strategic roles
