Your tasks:

• functional and disciplinary leadership of a Customer Service team
• contact person for customers, specialist departments, and freight forwarders
• participation in day-to-day operational business
• coordination of delivery dates
• further development and optimization of Customer Service processes
• responsibility for delivery calls, shipping processes, invoices, and complaints

Your profile:

• completed commercial vocational training or further education
• several years of experience in the aforementioned area of responsibility
• very good MS Office skills and ERP skills as well as very good English skills
