Senior Projectmanager

As a Projectmanager of Datacenterprojecten, you take full responsibility for your projects: from the initial handover through to delivery. You know how to flawlessly distinguish between main and secondary issues and continuously maintain an overview. In a technically complex environment, you keep focus on the core of the project and ensure that goals remain clear and progress is realized. You are a strong interlocutor for both customers and internal specialists. You switch easily between different disciplines and dare to ask critical questions when necessary. You actively manage scope, budget, and planning and ensure that agreements are recorded clearly, realistically, and professionally. In doing so, you create calm, predictability, and trust within the project team and with the customer.

Zwart works on large-scale projects such as a 46 MW standby power installation for a German datacenter. For this customer, the team realized an emergency power system with extremely high reliability and strict requirements regarding safety, noise, and emissions. Executing and delivering a high-quality project is what you strive for and you want to be closely involved in this, so that you can ultimately deliver the project with pride.

Project management has no secrets for you, which allows you to lead projects in a structured, active, and planned manner every time. You do this not only from behind your desk, but also by visiting project and customer locations and speaking to the customer in their own environment.

HBO/WO working and thinking level and preferably a completed technical education, preferably in the direction of werktuigbouwkunde or elektrotechniek;

Minimum 5 years of experience as a hands-on Projectmanager within a technical environment. Affinity with (emergency) power is certainly a plus;

Proactive, energetic, and curious attitude;

Good command of the English language and preferably also in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
