As management assistant, you will be a strong support within Zuyd, domain Hospitality, helping colleagues, coordinating activities, organizing events and contributing to research and education. In this dynamic role, your organizational talent and positive energy will help keep everything running smoothly.
About the position
As management assistant, you play a central role in supporting the domain Hospitality through a variety of key activities. You provide support to the Professors of the Research Centres Global Minds @ Work, Future of Food, and Facility Management , assist the Knowledge Centre of the Maastricht economic domain which the research centres are part of, and support the coordination of the Master Facility and Real Estate Management .
- Support to the Research Centers
You will support three professors who are each responsible for a research center (Global Minds @ Work, Future of Food, Facility Management):
- Assisting with agenda management, research projects, partner relations, presentations, events and organization of trips and training sessions -
- Responsible for the distribution of the Global Mind Monitor as part of curriculum -
- Coordinating and supporting activities in the Food experience lab -
- Supporting activities in the Lectoraat.FM , preparing inauguration. -
- Taking the lead in organizing events hosted by the research centers
- Support the Knowledge Centre
