You will get to know the processes of a professional restaurant kitchen, take on more tasks step by step, and can develop further with motivation and a willingness to learn. Your role at Zusje

• You support our kitchen team in the preparation and production of our dishes.
• You gradually take on your own tasks in the kitchen.
• You ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with our hygiene standards.
• You assist with dishwashing, preparation, and cleaning work.
• You work closely with your team and lend a hand wherever help is needed.

This is how you will inspire us

• Current enrollment at a college or university
• Motivation and willingness to learn
• Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week
• Team spirit, flexibility, and a desire for variety
• Not a must, but a plus: Initial kitchen experience – but even more important is your sense for good food.
• Stress resistance: Even when things get heated, you keep a cool head.
• Very good English skills are a prerequisite, good German skills (at least B1) are desirable.
• We are not looking for Michelin-starred chefs, but people with the right attitude!
