The Romantik Hotel „Zur Schwane“ is a renowned and very well-known hotel and VDP Prädikatsweingut on the Volkacher Mainschleife. The restaurant „Weinstock“, awarded one star in the Guide Michelin, as well as the restaurant „Schwane 1404“, are primarily frequented by guests staying in the 40 hotel rooms.

We are looking for Chef de rang or Commis de rang (m/f/d)

Requirements you bring with you:

• Completed training in the hotel or restaurant sector is desirable
• Initial experience in upscale gastronomy/hospitality
• Sound service expertise
• Structured way of working and attention to detail
• Strong guest and service orientation, communication skills, and flexibility
• Good English skills
• Ability to master stressful situations without problems
