Contract Manager (M/F) - Romania

Scope of duties: Scope of duties and responsibilities:

• conducting construction,
• coordination and control of investment project implementation,
• supervising the correct implementation of the project in terms of deadline, schedule, and prices,
• making decisions in accordance with the company strategy,
• planning and managing priorities within the entrusted contract,
• strategic planning and budget management,
• effective management of the subordinate team to increase efficiency and quality of work,
• reliable and effective performance of duties while maintaining business ethics,
• managing investment schedules,
• cooperation with suppliers and subcontractors,
• direct supervision of the quality of performed works.

Place of work: Romania

Requirements:

• education: higher (including bachelor's degree) - mandatory
• foreign languages: English - speaking: C1 - advanced, writing: C1 - advanced - mandatory
• other: We expect from candidates:
• higher technical education,
• holding unlimited construction qualifications to manage construction works in the railway specialty,
• at least 5 years of experience in the position of site manager or railway infrastructure works manager,
• knowledge of FIDIC contractual conditions,
• fluency in English (C1 level)
• proficiency in computer use and MS Office suite,
• category B driving license,
• readiness to work on business trips.
