VSS in civil engineering, 3 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs, good knowledge of MS Office programs, knowledge of the English language

Job description:

organizes, coordinates, manages and supervises the correct and timely execution of business processes related to the preparation and implementation of projects in the field of construction, advises the Management in strategic planning, projects and investments for the purpose of making decisions of importance to the Company, monitors the realization processes of projects in the field of construction, participates in the preparation of statements of needs for the procurement of goods and services in the field of work in accordance with approved financial resources, participates in the preparation of proposals for annual financial planning in the field of work, harmonizes legal requirements and requirements of competent authorities with the requirements of the Company from their area of work, analyzes the compliance of planned projects and programs with the strategic goals of the Company, prepares and develops project ideas and develops concrete projects, analyzes risks, assumptions and conditions for project financing, prepares other documentation necessary for projects, monitors the preparation of conceptual projects, obtaining location permits, organizes the preparation of main projects for obtaining main project certificates, and the preparation of execution projects, monitors the use of financial resources of an individual project, ensures coordination and provides support to other organizational units participating in project implementation, performs other tasks by order of the Management of the Company and in case those tasks are not contained in the basic sense of the job title, all in accordance with the worker's competence

The employment relationship is established for an indefinite period with a probationary period of 6 months.
