STALL ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities Take customer orders and handle cashier duties Prepare and serve food according to company standards Pack takeaway and delivery orders accurately Assist with basic food preparation Replenish ingredients, packaging and other supplies Check and maintain stock levels Provide friendly and efficient customer service Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the stall at all times Clean tables, counters and food preparation areas Wash dishes, cooking utensils and equipment Sweep and mop floors Dispose of rubbish and maintain the waste disposal area Clean and sanitise kitchen equipment and workstations Perform opening and closing cleaning duties Follow food hygiene and safety requirements Carry out other duties assigned by the supervisor Requirements Candidates must be currently eligible to work in Singapore F&B experience is an advantage but not compulsory Training will be provided Responsible, punctual and willing to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Able to work weekends and public holidays according to roster
