Technical Program Manager - System Behavior Analysis

In this role, you will: Drive triage accuracy and routing. Run the triage reviews that get defects, high-severity live-service issues and safety-critical events accurately classified and routed to the downstream teams that act on them.

Measure and improve triage health. Track throughput, misclassification, latency, backlog aging, automation coverage and regulatory-reportable issues, and use them to flag risks early and give leadership decision-ready updates.

Program-manage triage tooling and automation. Bring requirements to the dedicated tools and automation team, help sequence what gets automated, and track delivery, adoption and the capacity it frees.

Manage intake and escalation. Maintain the intake paths, escalation criteria and shared boards partner teams rely on.

Plan commitments and capacity. Turn milestones into quarterly triage commitments and forecast demand across onshore, offshore and vendor teams

Qualifications Systems-Oriented Background: 3+ years in technical program management or engineering operations, with a systems mindset: you see a program and its hardware-software systems as connected parts, and trace how a change ripples upstream and downstream. Bachelor's in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

Data fluency: experience writing your own queries and dashboards on high-volume issue or operational data, and a track record of using metrics to change how work runs.

Tool-builder disposition: experience building light tooling to run your own program, and partnering with engineering to automate manual work.

Stakeholder leadership and communication: proven ability to align teams without direct authority and give leadership clear, concise updates.

Structure from ambiguity: a track record of breaking a complex or ambiguous problem or goal into workstreams, milestones and owners.

Bonus Qualifications Autonomous vehicle, robotics or other safety-critical experience, ideally with simulation, log replay or regression testing.

Experience program-managing internal tools or automation through to adoption.

Python or SQL, plus Jira and Confluence.
