Job Purpose

To drive sales growth in Nigeria by engaging customers, generating leads, strengthening client relationships, supporting marketing activities, and contributing to overall business expansion.

Prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads to support product lines (business units) Contact potential customers by telephone and visits to promote the company's products and services. Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Maintain and update activities in the CRM Achieve pipeline and recovery goals Monitor industry competitors, new products and market conditions to understand specific customer needs Prepare and submit weekly reports to the line manager

Skills

Sales negotiation and closing skills Customer relationship management Market research and competitor analysis Lead generation and pipeline management Presentation and training delivery skills Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Minimum 8yearsof experience in Sales and Marketing Experience in construction, heavy machinery or automobile industries salesis an added advantage
