Logistics Dispatcher

Job Description

• Receipt, inspection, and processing of customer orders
• Daily communication with customers and suppliers
• Purchasing of material and ensuring its timely delivery
• Issuing production requirements, monitoring production progress, and monitoring the fulfillment of production orders
• Close cooperation with the warehouse to ensure smooth material flow and dispatch
• Cooperation with other company departments

Requirements

• Active knowledge of the English language
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Independence when working on a PC and good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
• Good communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a team, and the ability to respond flexibly to changes and operational situations
• Experience in a similar position in logistics or purchasing is an advantage
