Education:

Bachelor's degree.

Tasks:

• Assign engineering projects to engineers or other technical workers .
• Consult with clients to determine project needs.
• Coordinate work activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and budgets.
• Direct and control daily operations .
• Evaluate daily operations .
• Plan and control budget and expenditures.
• Plan and organize daily operations.
• Review engineering projects to approve or recommend changes .
• Establish and implement policies and procedures for engineering work.
• Hire, train, direct and motivate staff.
• Authorize the development of specifications for products or services.
• Evaluate technical designs and engineering work.
• Oversee the analysis of data and information.
• Oversee the preparation of reports.
• Advise senior management.
• Manage contracts.
• Develop risk management plans.
• Leading/instructing groups.
• Conduct performance reviews.

Experience:

5 years or more.
