Experienced HR Generalist for Zinkgruvan Mining AB

We are looking for you with a relevant university/college education in human resources and labor relations, as well as many years of experience in broad HR work within industry. Experience in heavy industry and shift-related issues is meritorious.

We believe that you have worked in similar roles in heavy industry and that during your career, you have at some point independently processed payroll for all or parts of the company, and that you are accustomed to interpreting the meaning of collective agreements and handling labor law issues.

You have good collaborative skills, are outgoing, and can deliver high-quality results. As a person, you are social, unpretentious, and meticulous. You are also accustomed to an independent way of working while simultaneously building trust with managers and employees. Great importance will be placed on personal qualities. Since the corporate language is English, it is assumed that you can communicate both in writing and orally without hindrance.

We would like to receive your application as soon as possible, but no later than 2019-01-06. Your main tasks involve supporting and developing managers in their daily personnel work, as well as providing them with qualitative decision-making support. You will work broadly with all occurring tasks within the personnel area, such as recruitment, labor law, and contractual issues, as well as being the department's backup during payroll processing. The department provides HR services as described in our process-oriented operating system, and therefore the development and description of methods and working methods within HR will also be part of the position. At Zinkgruvan Mining AB, we are now looking for an experienced HR resource for our HR department. As one of our employees will be on parental leave, commencement of employment no later than during the month of March is preferred.

Our primary product is zinc, which contributes to a more sustainable society by being part of the galvanization process. The number of employees is approx. 400. We have mined ore since 1857 and have accumulated more than 160 years of experience.
