Waiter / Waitress (Greek Restaurant with Music) Our restaurant is a warm and authentic space of Greek gastronomy and entertainment, where traditional flavors meet Greek music and genuine hospitality. Your tasks

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional Waiters / Waitresses to strengthen our team. Your role is pivotal, as you are the face of the establishment to the customers. With your smile, speed, and politeness, you will contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and lively atmosphere, ensuring that every customer enjoys our food and music to the fullest.

Main Responsibilities Reception & Service: Welcoming customers with politeness, escorting them to their table, and creating a positive and pleasant mood.

Order Taking & Menu Presentation: Providing detailed information to visitors regarding daily dishes, specialties, as well as drink/wine options, with accurate suggestions.

Coordination & Service Flow: Immediate transmission of orders to the kitchen and the bar, and timely service of food and drinks, especially during peak hours and during the musical program.

Table Supervision: Constant monitoring of assigned tables for new orders, refills, or removal of used dishes.

Billing & Cash Management: Issuing bills, collecting payments (cash / POS), and managing the cash register with accuracy.

Preparation & Cleanliness: Preparation (mise en place) and tidying of the space and tables before, during, and after the shift.

Complaint Management: Immediate and polite resolution of any customer issues or complaints in cooperation with the manager.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar position in a restaurant, mezedopoleio, or hospitality venue with live music.
• Excellent communication skills, politeness, and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and maintain composure during high-traffic hours.
• Team spirit, willingness to cooperate, and professional consistency.
• Ability to work evening hours and weekends / holidays.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Valid health certificate.

• Familiarity with wireless ordering systems (PDA / POS).
• Good knowledge of the English language (for serving foreign visitors).
