Quality Supervisor

We are looking for a QC Supervisor to manage team activities, ensuring that the product manufacturing process is within specifications through standards and procedures, guaranteeing the quality of the final product.

This professional will be responsible for analyzing existing procedures in all areas of the company, aiming for their standardization and formalization into written procedures for use by all organizational levels.

Develop Quality indicators and monitor the application of corrective and preventive actions in internal processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities and duties

• Generate daily and weekly reports of manufacturing process data;
• Conduct weekly Quality meetings, disclosing the indices and goals of the manufacturing process;
• Identify deficiencies in the manufacturing process and promote awareness among the people and departments directly involved in seeking solutions and implementing corrective actions;
• Supervise the entire Quality team to ensure that employees can perform their roles well within the organization, following the procedures and standards stipulated by the company;
• Conduct quarterly evaluations with all team members;
• Provide all necessary resources and tools so that team members can perform their functions and activities, ensuring product and process quality, using Quality equipment and conducting internal and external training;

Requirements and qualifications

• Degree in Electronics, Mechanics, or related areas;
• Active CREA;
• Advanced English;
• Power Point, advanced Excel, MiniTab, MSA, Costs of non-Quality;
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, electronic/mechanical product manufacturing;
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
