This professional will have a strategic role in the maintenance, evolution, and development of corporate and industrial systems, with a strong focus on MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), directly supporting business areas and manufacturing. Region of Operation: Manaus-Am Type: Full-time Working Hours: 08h to 17h Work Mode: On-site Responsibilities and duties Develop, maintain, and evolve corporate and industrial systems in factory and administrative environments; Maintain and promote the continuous improvement of the MES, ensuring availability, stability, and adherence to production processes. Analyze and correct system failures, ensuring logical security and information integrity; Plan and implement improvements in processes, methods, and operational flows; Act in partnership with business areas in requirements gathering and solution definition; Create and maintain functional and technical documentation and operational procedures; Implement and monitor changes, improvements, new modules, and system upgrades; Analyze, prioritize, and manage the area's demand backlog; Plan and monitor activity and project schedules; Technically validate the team's deliveries and support the development of mid-level and junior analysts. Support management in the planning, monitoring, and control of the area's activities. Requirements and qualifications REQUIREMENTS Completed higher education in Systems Analysis, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Consistent experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment. Solid experience in the development and maintenance of corporate systems. Experience with MES and critical production systems. Excellent communication, analysis, and interaction skills with business areas. Advanced English. Ability to act as a technical reference and support the team. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE Development in .NET / C# / .NET Core; Integrations, Industrial Automation, and REST APIs; Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) database; Corporate and industrial systems (MES); High availability environments; Technical and functional documentation; Information security best practices. DESIRABLE Post-graduate degree in IT, Systems, Engineering, or Management. Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, or agile methodologies.
