• Keep facilities clean and neat by replenishing stocks, towels, and supplies regularly
• Respond to customer queries promptly and arrange appointments accurately
• Manage work schedules to accommodate weekend, public holiday, and overtime shifts

Requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Possess ITEC or WSQ certification in massage therapy
• Have at least 1 year of relevant massage experience
