Job Summary We are seeking a Waiter Supervisor to oversee daily service operations, ensure service quality standards are maintained, supervise service staff, and support smooth restaurant operations in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations Guide and support service staff to maintain service quality standards Welcome customers and ensure a positive dining experience Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related matters professionally Assist in staff scheduling and operational coordination Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained Follow food safety procedures and company policies Support staff training and daily operational activities Work shifts including weekends and public holidays Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
