Warehouse Supervisor [Kaki Bukit, 5.5 days]

Warehouse Supervisor Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 (Based on Experience) Location: Kaki Bukit Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 6

Responsibilities: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

Lead and manage a team of approximately 7 drivers, administrative staff, and warehouse assistants

Plan manpower allocation and ensure smooth daily warehouse workflow

Monitor inventory accuracy, stock movement, and proper storage of goods

Coordinate deliveries and work closely with internal departments

Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and operational standards

Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity

Requirements: At least 3–5 years of relevant warehouse operations experience

Warehouse experience in retail or FMCG is required

At least 1 year of experience working directly within a brand/company environment is preferred

Strong leadership, people management, and operational coordination skills

Experience managing warehouse teams

Familiarity with WMS, SAP, or similar inventory management systems is an advantage

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
