Recruiter [ 5 days, CBD ]

Recruiter Base Salary: $2,000 - $2,500 (Based on Experience) + Commission + Bonuses Expected Monthly Earnings: $2,000 - $6,000+ (Uncapped, Based on Performance) Location: CBD Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities: Develop new clients and business opportunities for recruitment services

Follow up with prospective and existing clients

Understand employers’ hiring requirements and coordinate recruitment needs

Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing recruitment support

Conduct sales outreach through calls, WhatsApp, WeChat, and other channels

Coordinate internally to ensure smooth recruitment and placement processes

Work towards individual sales and revenue targets

Requirements: Experience in sales, recruitment, HR, staffing, or employment agency services is preferred

CEI certification is an advantage; eligible candidates without CEI may be supported by the company to obtain it

Comfortable with sales, business development, and client communication

Familiar with WhatsApp, WeChat, and basic computer applications

Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
