Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Engineering) [ 5 days, East ]

Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Engineering) Salary: $3,000 - $6,000 (Based on Experience) Location: Paya Lebar / Aljunied Work Schedule: 5-day work week

Monthly Rest Days: 8

Primarily office-based with occasional site visits

Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates for electrical engineering projects

Calculate quantities, materials, labor, and project costs

Prepare tender documents and evaluate quotations and bids

Support contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors

Monitor project budgets, expenses, variations, and cost forecasts

Assess completed works and prepare progress claims and valuations

Process and verify subcontractor payment claims

Identify commercial and contractual risks

Assist with variation orders, contractual claims, and dispute resolution

Conduct occasional site inspections to verify project progress

Requirements: Qualification or educational background in Electrical Engineering

Relevant Quantity Surveying, cost estimation, or electrical project experience is preferred

Candidates at an early stage of their career are welcome to apply

Good understanding of electrical engineering works and project costing

Able to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and tender documents

Strong numerical, analytical, and cost management skills

Comfortable with occasional project site visits

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
