Quality Assurance Manager [ 5 days, Jurong East ]

Quality Assurance Manager Salary: $4,500 - $5,000+ (Based on Experience) Location: Jurong East Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:45 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the company’s Quality Assurance and Quality Management System (QMS)

Ensure manufacturing processes comply with ISO 9001 requirements

Review and manage CAPA, corrective actions, and quality improvement activities

Investigate quality issues and oversee root cause analysis and corrective measures

Manage quality standards across precision manufacturing operations

Oversee internal and external quality audits

Review quality documentation, inspection reports, and audit records

Coordinate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues

Oversee CMM and precision measurement activities

Drive continuous improvement of quality processes and systems

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field

Relevant QA management experience in manufacturing or precision engineering

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS requirements

Hands-on experience with CAPA and corrective action processes

Good knowledge of CMM and precision measurement

Experience in the medical, semiconductor, or aerospace industry is preferred

Strong leadership and team management skills

Strong understanding of precision manufacturing and quality control

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
