Your tasks
- Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate e-commerce sales activities and platform promotions
- Handle customer enquiries, orders, and after-sales support
- Monitor sales performance and prepare reports using Excel or Google Sheets
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support social media and online marketing activities
- Assist with other e-commerce operational duties as assigned
Requirements
- Relevant experience managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop is required
- Familiar with e-commerce operations, promotional campaigns, and customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Able to interpret sales data and prepare basic performance reports
- Experience using AI tools for work-related tasks is preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work independently
- Able to multitask and manage daily operational priorities efficiently
- Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
