Engineering Manager (Interior Fit-Out & Renovation) [ 5.5 days, Kaki Bukit ]
Your tasks
- Oversee daily operations of interior renovation and fit-out projects
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and on-site work arrangements
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion
- Supervise workmanship and ensure renovation works meet quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure adequate stock availability
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and project requirements
- Report project progress and coordinate with management on operational matters
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior renovation, fit-out, or construction project management
- Strong experience in manpower coordination and site supervision
- Familiar with interior renovation processes, materials, and workmanship standards
- Able to manage multiple workers and coordinate daily site activities
- Good knowledge of project scheduling, material allocation, and quality control
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Able to handle site challenges and meet project deadlines
- Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
