Electrical Engineering Supervisor (Semiconductor) [5 days, Central Region]

Electrical Engineering Supervisor (Semiconductor) Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 (Based on Experience) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities: Supervise electrical installation works at semiconductor and high-tech project sites

Oversee cable laying, cable trays/trunking, electrical panels, power distribution, equipment connections, and earthing

Plan daily site activities and supervise electricians, technicians, and workers

Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, quality, and safety requirements

Conduct site inspections and follow up on defects and rectification works

Coordinate electrical testing, commissioning, and project handover

Work closely with Engineers, QA/QC, Safety teams, subcontractors, and customers

Maintain site, progress, and inspection records and report manpower or technical issues

Requirements: NITEC, Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Building Services, or a related field

Relevant experience in electrical installation, M&E, or engineering project supervision

Semiconductor fab or facilities project experience is an advantage

Able to read electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and layouts

Familiar with electrical testing, inspection, commissioning, and site safety requirements

Good supervisory and site coordination skills

Able to lead workers and manage daily site activities effectively

Willing to work at different project or customer sites when required

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
