BIM Modeler [ 5 days, Ubi ]

BIM Modeler Salary: $3,000 - $4,500 (Based on Experience) Location: Ubi Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities: Interpret architectural and structural drawings to develop and update BIM models

Create, modify, and maintain BIM models and object families

Prepare BIM files and documentation according to project requirements

Maintain model revisions and version records in accordance with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)

Coordinate with project teams to obtain technical information and resolve modeling issues

Assist BIM Coordinators and Managers with multidisciplinary coordination

Attend site meetings and technical discussions when required

Support project planning, coordination, and documentation

Requirements: Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline

Relevant BIM modeling experience, including internship experience, is acceptable

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for architectural modeling

Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3D for structural modeling

Familiar with BIM standards, modeling procedures, and project documentation

Able to interpret technical drawings and construction specifications

Good coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Able to work independently and meet project deadlines

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
