Assistant Engineer (Semiconductor) [Fresh Grads welcomed to apply, 5 days, Central Region]

Assistant Engineer (Semiconductor) Salary: $2,300 - $3,000 (Based on Experience) Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities: Assist engineers with project planning, coordination, and execution

Support equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities

Conduct site inspections, basic troubleshooting, and on-site technical support

Prepare engineering documents, technical reports, and drawings

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams

Follow up on project schedules and technical requirements

Ensure all work complies with company safety procedures and project requirements

Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Semiconductor, engineering, or manufacturing industry experience is an advantage

Basic knowledge of engineering drawings and Microsoft 365 applications

Good communication and coordination skills

Responsible, hands-on, and willing to learn

Able to work independently and as part of a team

Willing to travel to different project sites when required

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
