Accounting Manager [ UPPER CHANGI, 5 days ]

Accounting Manager Salary: $3,600 - $4,500 (Based on Experience) Location: Upper Changi Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Monthly Rest Days: 8

Responsibilities: Handle full sets of accounts and oversee daily accounting operations

Prepare financial statements, sales reports, and cash flow reports

Supervise and manage a small accounting team of at least 2 staff

Manage and reconcile bank transactions and accounts

Oversee accounts receivable and debt collection

Process cheque payments to suppliers and vendors

Prepare and submit quarterly GST returns

Handle tax, audit, and statutory accounting matters

Supervise annual stock-taking and prepare supporting documentation

Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Relevant experience handling full sets of accounts

Prior experience supervising or managing at least 2 staff

Good knowledge of financial reporting, GST, taxation, and audit processes

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email correspondence

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) is an advantage

Strong numerical accuracy, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently and manage accounting deadlines

Candidates able to start work immediately or on short notice will have an advantage
